You know, previously I didn’t care about this, but with NIL shouldn’t we ensure the players’ names are visible so they can capitalize on name recognition?

I always thought with the palm in it was rock out or devil horns and with the palm out it was hook em.

I believe it's the devil horn's salute.  I believe that the one giving it is John Davis and whether his allegiance is to North Texas or Texas Tech, he's not about to give the 'hook em' sign.
