Normally, I think a win or you're out season qualifies as more than a "warm" seat; but this administration seems set on giving Mumbles as long a leash as possible so this doesn't seem so far off. (They did stipulate that he could technically qualify for hot seat)

Seth is on the hot seat with fans while Rick and the Board turn a blind eye. It will take a major act by fans to un-ass Seth if this coming season becomes a dumpster fire.

One thing UNT and Rice has in common is that they give coaches with numerous losing seasons a million chances. Scratch that two things in common, head coaches at both schools complain that it's hard to recruit.

 

No, wait make that three things in common, nobody goes to the games because football doesn't for the school culture.
