I’m really looking forward to watching Mason get some more playing time which should happen in their preseason games on May 31st and June 3rd. The first one is against the defending champions so it will be a good test. He will know the playbook as well as the nuisances of the cfl game. He looks very confident and ready to go.

Ubosi had seen Mason make that throw for years (as a UAB grad), so he knew he had a shot.  Glad he didn't disappoint!

Yes, leave the 2nd most prestigious football league in the world for something they may not even be around in a year or two. Real smart decision.

When you're right you're right.  I saw part of a USFL game (Tampa Bay vs Philly) over the weekend.  Maybe 20 people in the stands.  Don't see how that league makes it.
