Tim Brown to be released

Lost in all the Quincy confusion, Tim Brown and the Raiders decided to part ways. Brown is from Dallas and still lives here I believe, plus he has always said he would only trade the silver and black for the silver and blue. It's an interesting idea for a 3rd WR. However, with Vinny and Eddie, adding Brown would make the team pretty old at the skill positions. Here is the ESPN article:

If Parcells thinks that Brown could contribute for 1 season, then I'm all for him being a Cowboy. But I think that he would be the 4th reciever, and the 4th reciever on the depth chart usually has to play special teams which is something that Brown doesn't want to do.
