QUOTING HEAD COACH JALIE MITCHELL
"It's great to be in the position we're in at this point in the season. We must take care of our business in order to seal the deal. We will continue to focus on one game at a time and that starts with UTSA on Thursday. Looking back to the last time we got together, it was a very physical game, and we expect more of the same. UNT mitchell contract

A victory tonight will guarantee a winning season for this year, and will be the fourth winning season during a five year stretch. That's a feat only achieved one other time in North Texas history and certainly not against the strength of schedule that the Mean Green currently plays. That's very impressive considering the team won less than a third of it's games under the previous coach.

Jalie is building something special. Please come out and support our women during these final two games of the regular season.

Possibly the best halftime show ever at a North Texas basketball game. Cheer squad performed the National Championship Award winning routine. I also involved the Dance Team and the Drum Line.

I wish they would have performed it Saturday at the men's game. The crowd would have gone wild.20220304_110921.jpg.6511d70418989028b21a44c2cf380552.jpg

I didn't post pictures of when the Dancers and Drum Line joined because I planned on showing their YouTube video. GONG! They can't show it on YouTube because it's part of the routine for the Cheer National Championship in April.

Still a GREAT show. Sorry if you missed it.
