Thank you David Anderson and family

A special "Thank You" to David Anderson and his family for their incredible generosity providing the lunch, drinks, and open bar for the Pregame Tailgate, both at this latest basketball game and at the Frisco Classic Bowl game in December.

For those of you that aren't familiar, David provided over a thousand meals yesterday and hired all the staffing. He and his people also served over 3000 at the bowl game. All of this was totally free to all fans.

David has also been providing tailgating parties for the North Texas Alumni Association for years.

Also "Thank You" to our former Athletic Director Rick Villarreal for working the grills and directing the activities. Your hospitality is greatly appreciated.

These type of events strongly encourage even the most casual fans to want to get involved.

Rick is a workaholic, and he loves this university and it's student athletes. I too am very grateful he stays so involved.

And for those of you that are curious, I don't know David, but I do know some of the things he does for our school.
