We have about 15 new fans in St Kitts at the beach bar I talked into showing the game.  Their dish provider had Stadium channel so it was actually easy.  There were several positive comments on the crowd

I really am out of descriptors for this team. They are so tough and awesome! Grant is hands down one of the best coaches in America. I’ll fight anyone who says otherwise.

The crowd…oh the crowd. It was an insane atmosphere and our fans really brought it today energy wise. 2nd only to the Tech overtime game in my time. I just want our folks to wake up and realize we can literally do that every week if we want to. No complaining though - Thank you to every Mean Green fan that came out. Truly memorable.

Massive props to the UNT Alumni Association for partnering with Athletics to pull that pre-game off. I can’t think of a better way to get our folks together. It made a difference in the game atmosphere.

Just have to say the tailgate was awesome (and the free booze was flowing!) and the pit was the loudest i ever heard it tonight ( including OSU, TECH, WKU and CBI) Great Atmosphere. This team is so fun. I have never enjoyed watching defense so much as i do with this team. We just smother opponents. I am exhausted, i have no voice and i have the biggest smile on my face. Such a great night for the Green and White!

I think Randy Travis lives right down the road. He's definitely our biggest "t shirt" fan

Travis lives in Pilot Point, I think. It’s down 380. And I believe Witten coaches nearby. Argyle?

Agree, Boston.  This was one of the funnest days I’ve ever had at the Super Pit in my 35 years attending games there.  

Mac has cut down nets in four of his five years here now.  Isn’t it amazing what can happen when your coach DEMANDS that your team plays tough, suffocating DEFENSE?

I agree. It may be recency bias, but I thought it was the best atmosphere in a very very long time.

AND WITH THAT GONZAGA LOSS, THERE IS ONLY ONE TEAM IN THE NATION THAT IS UNDEFEATED IN ROAD GAMES.

I once rallied a crowd of strangers to drink dry the Billings Montana Crowne Plaza "Executive Lounge" during the 2010 UNT NCAA Tournament appearance.  We drank for pleasure and then also for pain.

Legend says they're all still Johnny Jones fans to this day...

According to the NET we dropped from 37 to 38….🧐

Well it wasn’t exactly a commanding win at home against a +100 team in the NET. But looks like we would have maintained at 37 if not for Seton Halls dominant win over Xavier.

I would take that with a grain of salt. That same NET rankings that has us dropping to 38 says we are 20-4 and we are clearly 22-4 and all the top ranked teams are ranked in the same place after losses. I don't think it has been fully updated. I think the date changes automatically, but I don't believe a real update has happened.
