Just noticed on the ESPN app. I presume we didn’t get out before the weather hit.

DENTON, Texas – Due to inclement weather North Texas women's basketball's scheduled game Thursday against Southern Miss will be a no contest. This game will not be made up.

The Mean Green will still travel to Ruston, Louisiana to square off with LA Tech on Saturday.

This is actually a fortuitous cancellation as it guarantees we will have the tiebreak over USM. Not as fortuitous as beating them would Have been. But could be worse.
