Charlie Ward brought up an interesting point concerning to portal. What are you going to do about players deciding to transfer mid season. In other words a player leaves mid season enters the portal and waits.

They are still bound to the campus/classes that term.  Which only complicates things.  Do they drop out of classes, and tank their grade? Does that impact their ability to enroll at other schools?

Do they go to classes and face their teammates?

Maybe they have some crazy NIL deal, with arrangements for a class sit-in?
