According to the guide, words such as "grandfather," "housekeeping," "minority," "ninja," and "lame" are considered "problematic word

For example, the language guide states that the word "lame" is considered problematic because it's "ableist."

According to the language guide, using “red”, “white”, or “yellow” to separate different teams is based on a “racist metaphor”.

I'd be careful on who we lump into this "we" - this is a tiny fringy segment of the population that would agree with this article.

Whoa! Whoa! Whoa!

Are you sure that "we" is an acceptable pronoun? It could be construed as causing mental anguish to some wee snowflakes. Maybe "non-species specific gender neutral entities formerly known as we" would be a better option.
