Best of luck to him.  I guess after not sniffing the two-deep in three years, he decided to look for better options.  I honestly wish him the best.

No, that was Jacob Brammer who has yet to announce whether he will continue his football career next season or not after doing senior day this season.

Yes a sweet kid from a great family.  They sit by us at the games and I know they really care about UNT.  Wish them nothing but the best.

I think this transfer portal is going to end up being a disaster for football players in general. 

Teams very seldom ran football players off in the past.   Players basically had a spot until their eligibility was gone.   Now the portal has provided an excuse to eliminate players that do not fit into the team's plans.  

High school players obviously are going to be hurt, as the one transfer rule makes their recruitment a lot more risky.
