Jimmerson killing us with the skyhooks.

Not a whole lot anyone in the country could do against it either. Just have to deny entry and try to push him further out.

This (UNT) is not a power school and UAB is not a household name, either. Hopefully the AAC inclusion will get better turnout. Memphis, SMU, South Florida, Temple, ECU, Tulane, Tulsa, Wichita State.... There are going to be some really historically good basketball programs coming through the arena in the future.

The minuscule percentage of people with a connection to this school that need to bother to show up to fill every seat in this arena is why our turnout is so bad. This would be an awesome crowd for SMU.

Fair. Every time it painfully dies off all I can think of is @FirefightnRickscreaming from the rooftops for years that it needs a predetermined endpoint.

Maybe our thing is to just let it go on and on until it peters out in sort of an uncertain way that leaves everyone kinda confused about when to stop.

There are always going to be home games over the break when school isn't in session.  There is no way around it when conferences start up this time of year.  The AD needs to get off of their collective asses and promote this program.  It is ridiculous.  They send out a ticket special to their most ardent fans, but do nothing in the community to drive support.  I would bet 90% of Denton doesn't even realize there is a game tonight.

The comment about more local kids won't do a thing for attendance other than bring out his family.  We have an AD making $700 grand a year, who I really like, but this is inexcusable.

Most likely see a good up tick there for sure. We win conference and go dancing again as well as the AAC factor and we should see better attendance. At least better than this for sure.

We got a taste of our own defense and we have a glaring team weakness at the charity stripe.  Half of every practice should be free throws IMHO.
