With bowls over and probably player reviews happening this week more players will be entering the portal.(over 1,300 now) The need to  me is a qb (with snaps) and a couple of safeties. A lot of out of state Texas players available.

With 12-15 scholarships available what other positions do you see our need or are we in a position to take the best athlete? (because of our existing depth)

With schools starting up soon expect to see a lot of commitments this week so they can get on campuses for the Spring semester

[Hookset]

Defensive line (bigger body that can move).

Safety.

Linebacker (speedy guy hopefully with some size).

Receiver (durable and experienced).

QB (accurate thrower, please and starting experience. Also paired with a quality QB coach).

OL (big mauler type).

Short list. 😉

Saw a interview with LR @ USC. He implied that their plan was to buy as many players as they needed to become and stay relevant. Just wish the mega schools would go ahead and split off.

Not impressed with how Lincoln Riley went about moving schools and basically recruiting kids to USC while still employed by OU.  Never been a fan of USC, and definitely not now.  Failure would be laughable.

Don't know who you think he was recruiting. He has 7 signed commits and ranked 9th in the Pac12.

Doesn’t really matter. It is that he did it while still employed by OU.
