What about that "gig 'em" from the Aggies?   That must have started from TAMC cadets on training maneuvers, survival school, etc.  You know, eating off the land, gigging frogs for food.  Hey, I'm just spit balling here.

Originated at "Yell practice" before 1920 game with TCU.

Commonly consumed in a green drink, there is a spirit that if taken in sufficient quantities will help you and your fellow Mean Green fans to make it til the next time that the team performs well, and to forget about poor performances of the past, so you should offer them a 'Mas Tequila!' 🤣

The whole "GMG" growth has been awesome, don't remember it being that prevalent when last enrolled in '14. I commonly just say the three letters, it rolls very well together....

My siblings and I all graduated from UNT. Whenever we start talking UNT athletics somebody says "Eagle claw." And then everybody does.

Then we make the hand sign, which kind of hurts.

GMG is awesome. I wish it was on more merch. The coaches started wearing that GMG shirt early in SLś tenure, it looked awesome. I wish we had stuff like that.

Ive shouted ¨GMG¨ at people on wearing NT gear on vacation/out of town and gotten it back, itś great.
