Yeah but to their point, not like ESPN+ means ESPN brings their camera and production crew.

They just bring some extra set up though for the court side stuff. I’m not watching on YouTube but I’m assuming it’s just the upper camera and then maybe radio broadcast? No clue where the broadcaster would be.

ESPN+ means tapping into the host production resources, and usually adding their own color/pxp.  not always, though.

Broadcast crew sits across from visitor bench along the sideline and is provided by the host institution. I don't recall if for an ESPN+ broadcast if they just use the radio feed or not. As previously mentioned, EXPN+/3 feed uses host institution's resources.

Defense has been great, shooting has been so so. We are a really bad free-throw shooting team outside of Perry. Hope we can get a little more reliability there in conference play.

We've had 2 or 3 offensive possessions that had multiple, multiple offensive rebounds, followed by a bucket.  Rice Owl fans have to be so frustrated.

I am referring to their commentary. We have had people fly in for the commentary before and also there is no camera crew on the ground under the baskets for this one. That I can see. That’s the part I was confused about it.

LT scored 53 in 2H today

...FIU scored even more than that (55 half, 95 total) but take that with a thick grain of salt.  vs. St. Thomas (FL)

Before today I actually thought Rice was one of the few teams, outside of UAB/La Tech/WKU, that had enough firepower to score against our defense and keep up with us. Our defense and effort is so high-level that the majority of CUSA teams just don’t stand much of a chance against this team.
