Tickets being loaded to AXS app now

Just checked… Same pricing but much higher service fee. AXS is $12.50 a ticket charge while UNT was $5. Also, there’s a large chunk in section 128 that shows for sale. Not sure where that came from.

Section 127, Row 6.  Purchased through North Texas tickets early.  I knew i wanted to go and I didn't wait.  Paid $70. out the door.

128?  That has to be a mistake.  I could swear to you that section was sold out yesterday.

Also can we lay off the attendance BS?  UTSA was 12-1 and had huge bald spots in the stands.  Let’s be honest that Covid is hurting at all events.

So I click on the ticket icon in the axs app and it brings up a QR code. But no seat info. I bought them from UNT. 🤷🏼‍♂️

That's what mine did yesterday BEFORE my tickets showed up. But now I see the list of tickets. If you don't see them soon then I would check in with the ticket office to see if there is an issue.

Supposed to be NT ticket staff on site at the booth by the northeast entrance today.

So because I use to work the Frisco bowl box office at Toyota stadium, make sure you go to the NT dedicated windows. The main Toyota Stadium box office staff can direct you to the windows but they won’t have info on tickets handled by NT

Another thing to double check is that the email address on your AXS account is the same as the one you used on your UNT ticket account.

Correct. AXS is a terrible system. This has to be 100% accurate or your ticket will be floating in space
