You’re right - I’d rather someone not make changes when things don’t work out. That’s a good idea. Things will get better if we do the same thing over and over again and employ people who stick to their guns, are afraid to make changes, and are hard headed even when things aren’t working.

Why do people assume mason would even be a good coach? He's never even been a GA. We expect him to come in never doing this before and be great? I love the kid but we need experience here.

We should go after the ex Stephenville HS coach. He has had some pretty good offenses and produced some good QBs. He has also worked with our current DC in the past.
