So, are there any gender rules regarding any NCAA sports?

Obviously womens football was not offered at Vanderbilt, so maybe that’s why she could play?

How about a male at UNT wanting to play on the womens soccer or volleyball teams? What is the difference?

As a society we are ok with individuals playing with groups above their ability/level. See: teenagers going to ivy leagues, big 9 year olds playing with 11 year olds. We typically don’t think it’s fair for the reverse to occur. Men have a biological advantage which is why it’s not seen the same.

There isn't a difference. At all.

Meh. The Olympics are letting dudes compete against women. No difference.

But your point is that women aren't equal from a competitive standpoint so we, as in society, overlook it as cute. But doesn't that argue against the "glass ceiling" being broken?

You guys are taking this topic dangerously close to Eagle’s Nest territory. You should probably knock it off and keep the topic to our goalkeeper and her accomplishments.

Back on topic, good for Fuller and good for the PR.  She capitalized on an opportunity, so I don't fault her for that.  As a soccer player, I think she was overrated.
