Been listening to way to much Sports Talk lately but one trend I have been hearing more people talking about is that the most important and critical position after the coordinator on the opposite side of the HC's s area of expertise is the Strength and Conditioning coach. I know this is an area Wren has targeting for additional resources. I just hope our S&C staff is a good one.

Players spend more time with S&C coaches than any other coaches, even their position coaches.   Yeah, it's a very important hire!

I would say S&C and nutritionist. Look at the quality size that has been put on a number of players. Did we ever think we would have dominating line play against a quality opponent? It is amazing that all sports share 5,000 sq ft weight room. Zach and his team deserve a lot of credit! GMG

Charles Ashford deserves a raise. Follow him on twitter and see all he does.
