Deserves more credit. Has shut me, a former hater, up. I really was not a fan of his hire given his resume but our DL is one of the best in the conference this year and have only become more disciplined and more aggressive.

Yes he’s got a really bright future ahead of him.  He really does and I will admit I like you was skeptical.  He also very much favors John Ratsenberger from Cheers which is cool.
