If one school has one Vote (simplified) I could easily see the P5 conferences expanding again. The PAC 12 has to make a move. The biggest opportunity, is access to the central time zone schools and games. This will give the Pac12 schools the biggest exposure benefit to the rest of the country. TCU and Baylor I could see for starters. The SEC one day will have their own separate deal!

That would rule out a huge portion of many P5 schools. Maybe cut that down to $50m minimum budget.
