The field goal was kicked with 10 seconds left in the game, not last second.  UTEP still had the opportunity to try to return the kickoff.

I am not a coach but why UTEP had that number 13 returning kicks I will never no.  They guy just looked like he didn't want to do but would never take a fair catch on the kickoffs.   He made our ko coverage team look great.
