UT has actually shown they are willing to make changes, up to now, we have not. But no, Sark will get at least one more year. I think he is learning how too many of UT's elite 4 & 5 star players feel entitled and are not willing to put in the work. He was at at Alabama were the team comes first and it's success ensures the players success, to UT where these players are probably one of the most "Me"" before "Team" groups in college football. Sometimes all the on the field coaching doesn't matter if your not able to manage the egos and narcissist personality of a group of primadonna's
