Today @ 3:30 CST.

Shows it to be on ESPN+

We lost to them in OT, 1-0, in San Antonio a month ago today.  That was the first goal UTSA had scored against us in five years.  Time for the ladies to step up and perform.

Does this mean we have a walk on kicker available for the football team?

What’s crazy is she’s probably the second most known athlete in North Texas history…outside of the Alumni base.

The team was just not very good this year.

Had a lot of returning players, but something was just missing.

Hopefully, this is just an off year and not the beginning of the decline in Helunds' teams.

A lot of injuries, from what I understand.  One of the best returning players, Allie Byrd, suffered and ACL tear during the LA Tech match, a few others were also lost for the year.  Hope they return to their winning ways next year.

It was definitely a disappointing season. The A&M game had me very hyped for what could come during the season, but injuries shot down some big opportunities, as well as just not finishing. Southern Miss, Rice and OU come to mind where we couldn’t convert with so many chances and shots on goal. Just barely missing, but barely costed us several wins this year.
Now without 3 of your best players in Olivia Klein, Brooke Lampe and Sarah Fuller next season, I’m intrigued to see how Hedlund goes into the portal and grabs some talent, as well as develops the younger girls in the program.
