He was the best athlete on the field. However, this was class 3A ball in Oklahoma. A lot of small slow unathletic guys he was running against. I'm not saying he's bad, just temper the expectations. For comparison, On 3 had him as the 29th best recruit in Oklahoma.
Unclear at this point. I suppose the same concern can be expressed for the AAC when its media deal is renegotiated now that that all the desirable content has departed. Regardless, on-average, the PAC-12 is working with a higher base than the AAC so will likely continue to outspend us. By that metric, it will be perceived (rightly or wrongly) as a notch above the rest of the G5.
I just think they require coaches that have that cult like Aggie mindset. They had a good basketball team this last season and were ranked consistently. He will be interesting to watch.
