I went back in 2017 for the game against Troy.  Didn’t enjoy the game that much but loved the location and atmosphere. We stayed at the JW Marriott and had a blast.  Was hoping maybe we still had a chance to get there again with this improved squad.

I'm not sure the bowl tie-in's are that important anymore.  What is more important is how many bowl tie-in's your conference has.  ESPN is going to move teams here and there and the actual name on the bowl is a lot less important than it used to be. 

And from what I understand, all important decisions are tied to television and tickets sold really don't matter.

I just hope we win 7 and this is an issue.

During the early 2000’s my wife and I attended a few, stayed at Mason DuPuis I believe, really historic hotel in a great part of town.  Everything about that bowl is the best - food, the atmosphere, history etc.  really enjoyed it.  Met Booger Kennedy and his buddy out late after one of the games, beers with Toby the kicker and all the fans at the official Mean Green bar…
