If Pirtle is the starting TE I have officially given up on the position having any meaningful impact on the offense.

Nothing against him, but we have what, 4 high level TE recruits on the roster?

Just doesn’t make sense to me

100 percent agree. I am sure he is a good kid but there is sooooo much talent behind him that if they work hard and earn it, he should rarely see the field. I think he is still an asset and should be in there in key moments and perhaps ST but we have a stable of stud TEs and they need to play.

C - Manase Mose

RG - Daizion Carroll

RT - Jacob Brammer

TE - Jake Roberts

This.

TE: Roberts is going to be a great one.  I am excited to see Christian Lee and Khatib Lyles as well.

What’s all this Turpin hype based on?

Based on the fact he was 1st string in the spring.

I have:

Brammer, Moreka

Carroll, Blair

Mose, Duncan

Brown, Cassidy

Turpin, Bond

Roberts (one of my favorites on the team tbh), Pirtle

Interesting. I missed that. Was it at guard or was he bumped in at guard?

I remember seeing him at starting Left Tackle during spring. If he wasn’t starting, it was tackle. They’ve switched some guys with Gray leaving.

Well Cole Brown was slated to get shifted to Left Guard so they could make way for Farrell at Left Tackle. Maybe they just stick with that shuffle for Brown and have Turpin play Left Tackle.

Yep exactly what they were doing. And if any injuries occur, the backups are really solid. I think this years Oline is the best under SL

Very much. I hope Seth doesn’t start and play Pirtle more because he’s a super senior. Roberts, in my opinion, has played spectacular
