The plot thickens. As I understand it, the SEC needs four member institutions to vote no? Assuming A&M is one of them. Probably Missouri and Arkansas are voting no too? It seems. No matter what A&M does, they’re always going to be overshadowed by Texas.

Be absolutely effing hilarious if TAMU sued and the SEC expelled them.

And no Hogs ain’t voting no. Their world view is built around the idea that 1969 Arkansas Texas is universally agreed to be greatest game ever and they had a great mutual rivalry with Texas.

Aggies won’t.  They don’t want that kind of publicity. They should be pissed about being left out of any SEC expansion discussion, though, & seems they are. They’ll get over it (like we do on shit that hits our fans thru the years).

Glad we’re all resilient & that’s because we have to be.

It's all interesting.  I believe the Ags are actually the highest revenue generating program in the country, so I guess from their perspective there is a lot to lose, at least in a relative sense.

I doubt they would sue, but they could delay this a bit, which would give time for the politicians to really get involved and provide them some leverage in the discussions.
