The University Presidents of the member schools all get together and vote her out.   Easy Peasy.

Now THAT's the $100,000 question.    I know Dr. Smatresk just recently took the C-USA Board Chairman job, and he can sell ice to Eskimos, so if you don't see any movement on this within the next year, I would say at least he is content with her job.
