The start of the college football season is just a few months away, and as we crawl closer to the first kickoffs we learn more about the teams and TV schedules, who is expected to be good and who isn't -- you get the idea. There is a lot of information coming your way.

Among the information that starts to come out around this time of year are betting odds, and the William Hill sports book has released its first batch of futures odds for 2021 college football conference champions.

In Conference USA, 2020 league champion UAB and Marshall are listed as the early favorites with +260 odds. UTSA is not far behind the Blazers and Thundering Herd at +325, but there is a sizable gap between C-USA's top three and the rest of the league.

Didn’t the Rice🦉Owls beat a ranked Marshall team  last season?
If Phil Steele made this prediction I’d come closer to believing it.  All the other summer college football forecasters I take with the grain of salt & have for decades.
For instance, Coastal Carolina was picked to be last in the SBC in some quarters last year.  Now they are Top 25 in most pre-season rankings. Go figure.
