I believe Basketball should be place above Football on the forums page of GMG.  At least until we win a conference championship or bowl game in football.

No. I also mean it the nicest way. My wife played Soccer at NT, but still, no. Additionally, B comes before F & S. So we have that problem too.

Look.  Maybe it’s corny, maybe it’s small but it would still send a message that we value championships as a fan base.  We constantly complain about the “wait until next year attitude” and participation trophies that come with being a NT fan.  Yet the basketball team just won back to back conference titles and a game in the ncaa tournament. That’s more glory than we have seen around here in 20 years.   Let’s do this small thing and recognize them as the premier men’s program at NT.  As far as I’m concerned we are a Basketball school and Football you need to step it up!

Nope.  I'm with @emmitt01.  We have to settle the band uniform debate first.  Besides, "band" comes before "basketball."

Is Lettrell even aware of what men's basketball has accomplished?  In the old days Hayden Fry said that basketball success and football success helped recruiting for all our teams.
