This is such an important game for the pride of UNT.  It seems like UAB and UTSA along with Western have become the top tier and we need to win.

UTSA top tier? Are you smoking something?

I can’t rationalize some of the things we are doing on the offensive end this year. Why is 5’11” JJ Murray our guy in the middle of the floor in attacking the zone? Same swinging the ball around the perimeter again as well.

Hearing Mccasland talk basketball, he is a really smart guy. I don’t get how these are the decisions he lands on though.

I noticed the same thing....something's wrong here and I can't figure it out. I'm more of a football guy so maybe some of you basketball fans can explain the break down in our offense?

This is clearly a terrible match up for us

I said it last night that we are the exact same team. Their big is bigger and their shooter makes shots.

Ooh, lot to get in here but for now will just say Mccasland’s style is to play slow and work for a good shot later in the shot clock. Comes back to bite us with the turnovers that come as a result of holding onto the ball so long and not playing decisively early in the shot clock. And with not a lot of shot makers on the roster puts a lot of pressure on a few guys to make shots that are often less than ideal when up against the shot clock.
