Some of ex conference mate Boise State’s best teams came from annual classes not that highly ranked.  
Yet the most impressive thing to me about the Broncos Is how after losing several head football coaches how they still stayed in Top 25 rankings. Amazing.

Very good story years back about how they started focusing more on the skill sets of the players they were recruiting and stopped worrying as much about ratings

When he signs, does not having a rating lower the ranking of the class? Not sure it works, don't remember another case like this.

Now 3 Star. Second highest rated recruit in this class.
