If so, wasted scholarship if he isn’t top level talent that will almost automatically start. We already have two middle of the road transfers in Aune and Gilmore. Don’t need another.

Well if it's a QB as predicted there are only 8 uncommitted 4-star QB's in the transfer portal and the only ones that make sense would be:

If it ends up being a QB I think this says more about how the coaches feel about Martin/Gilmore as a back up next year than it does about Aune.

No he doesnt. Any argument for more eligibility went out the window when he didn't redshirt in 2019 and when he hired an agent.

Could it be someone who said they were going to another school, but did not actually enrol at the start of the semester?

Robison is a headcase.  Someone will give him a shot, but I predict he ends up FCS or lower.

I will be shocked if we ever see Gilmore take a snap at QB.  Don't rest on Kuehne.  Nobody is mentioning him, but he may surprise some folks.

I hope it is Tisdale, but even more, I hope it is Jace Ruder from UNC.  I would also like to see us pick up Dillon Williams a under recruited safety out of Nacogdoches.
