based on the talent level we have compared to the Dodge team, I would safely say the coaching job this year is worse than Dodges' High School DC did at UNT

The talent is there. The coaching clearly isn't. A lot of this is on poor play selection on both sides of the ball.

I am starting to believe with the coaches we have unless most of Clemson's defense transfers here it will not matter

I really don't think the players on defense are that bad. I think the DC is that bad. The players may not be great, but they are better than the way they play. The coach continues to put them in bad situations. He does not adjust the defense to what his players can do, he forces them to do what he wants them to do. When I heard the announcers say that the App State coach called App State's offense, App State's offense because he adjusted the offense to fit his players. All I could think of is why do we not adjust to what our players can do. That's what good coaching looks like. I believe that we have talented players, we just have bad coaching. I saw someone earlier say we wonder why transfers don't come here. They don't come because they want a coaching staff to make them better not make them look worse. Just my opinion.
