SOW Trademark

Does Lindale HS (TX) have permission to use the SOW logo on their logo? They are the Eagles.

If they’re good enough to be in the 4A championship, let them use it. Will make us more recognizable to others when they see our logo too.

It's not the first time I've seen the SOW used elsewhere.

My guess? I don't know either way, but the SOW might not be trademarked.  If anything, the original Flying Worm is.

I think I remember Prosper using it a few years back.

There was a pic going around at one point of the Australia or New Zealand (I think) Air Force using it on one of their planes. I think it was SL that actually tweeted it out.

Gotta go for Lindale then. Argyle appears to be using the Eagle from our 1994 helmets. SOW is mucher better IMO.

Wren should send the squadron a swag pack with a battle flag and autographed helmet (with the appropriate logo of course). Then push it out to to the media as a feel-good story. Could make a little hay out of it.
