Our stated goal... "Mission Statement" should be a reflection of our level of commitment to the program. What are the goals of other G5 programs that are spending $1.85 million on their coach. building comparable facilities, and working with a comparable athletic budget? I think our answer should be similar.

That is a "bricks and sticks" commitment to the funding of the program, as well as an attempt to level the playing field regarding G5 athletic budgets and coaches salary. Let's say we have done this which I personally believe. What should we expect in the "on the field " performance of our team? Just do the best with what you got? Are we just throwing spitballs on a wall or does the Athletic Department have written specific goals and objectives for its staff? How many annual losses are ok? How many times in 5 years are we expected to win our division or conference championship? I have a hard time believing that someone in Denton  is not concerned about out return on investment.

Unfortunately,

I no longer have any belief in our coaches to take this program further and until there are sweeping changes to this coaching staff, I need to decommit as a fan of North Texas Football. Please respect my decision.
