On Bean's run Pirtle had a great block

Bean had to have been laughing when he turned the corner and saw nobody but @emmitt01waiting for him. Wish we would utilize Bean in the running game more on the read option. It would force defenses to react slower and benefit our RB’s.

The fake handoff to Adaway (going left where the receivers were stacked) as Bean went right was beautiful.

I'm sad that Pirtle was so under utilized. His selflessness to do whatever is best for the team is obvious and would have been beneficial on the field in 2018. I know he was hampered by injury last year. Hopefully with the Covid stuff he gets another year?

Every player on the roster, regardless of class, XYZshirt, or injury, gets another year.

It seems Langston couldn’t develop these guys like Blosech is clearly doing.

One of my friends went to school with him, and said we got a good one when he was hired. He was definitely right

the starting line will be back next year unless some transfers out.  I noticed on the video board in the starting lineups that there were no seniors.

In addition, we pick up Farrell who is likely better than any lineman that we currently have (and I believe that Bloesch will make him even better).
