Carlos Ortiz is currently tied for first at -3.

It appears that Munoz is taking the week off.

Brant Snedeker came on late to finish at -5.  Ortiz is in good shape currently tied for 2nd.  Unfortunately, consistency from round to round has not been a strong point of Ortiz or Munoz this year.  

Ortiz has a 1:05 tee time for today so he should make the telecast on Golf Channel if he continues playing well.

Ortiz had a strong second round at -2 to sit at -5 for the tournament. He is tied for 2nd two shots out of the lead going into the weekend.

Just completed the third round and Carlos is right there.  Shot another -3 to sit at -8 overall one shot out of the lead.  Really playing solid golf.  Good luck to him in the final round.  It will be televised starting at noon tomorrow on the Golf Channel.

If you want to watch today's round, it will be replayed at 6:30pm this evening on the Golf Channel.

4 holes in, and Ortiz has just got the lead (by one stroke). But there are 8 different players within 3 shots. This ll be interesting.

Leads by two at the turn and is -3 for the round. Koepka and DJ are two back. If he plays the back like he has all week on the back nine, he will be fine. This is better than watching the NFL.

Through 14 he is still -3 for the round and playing well.  Johnson, playing in the group ahead of him, has tied him with a birdie at 15.  Going to be tight down as the last few holes, but I have faith.

Matsuyama birdied 17 and it is now a three way tie for the lead, BUT Ortiz just hit his approach on 15 to within 8 ft. and has that put for an eagle.  Eagle, coincidence?  I think not!  Hell of a shot.

Birdied 15 and is now up by one with three to play.

Matsuyama finished up and is one back.

DJ missed a birdie putt on 18 and is also one back.

Ortiz is in the fairway with his tee shot on 18 and just needs a par to win.  Two puts from 22 feet and he will have his first win.
