Noah sounds a like a stand-up, high value man. Which begs the question, is he an outlier in this industry? are all NIL agents pursuing 20% commissions? -

I kinda like that. The University of North Texas. THE University of Dallas-Ft Worth. If that school in University Parks can brand itself “Dallas”, perhaps we could claim to be the school representing the entire D-FW region. -

Athletic Center Expansion Plans
My question is why can't we do a smaller version of what Ok. St. did? Emphasis on the smaller here. Why is there a large gap underneath the expansion in the 2nd phase renderings? The expansion just hangs in the air over nothing. There is a lot of valuable space to the sides, underneath, and vertically that you could take advantage of.
