I didn't say it was good. I just said more poised. He's missing a lot of his throws but overall he seems like he's at least trying to read the defense.

I wouldn't jump that far over. I'm ready for a coach that appreciates and respects the defensive side of the ball and is willing to spend the time and energy to shore up that side of the ball.
