I won't give a score.  But, if Bean can throw no more than 1 pick, we have a good chance IMO.     If Aune also plays, that goes for him as well.   If as a team we throw 2 or more picks, we lose.      Buechele had an off day last game.   He normally does not turn the ball over like that.

We can beat SMU.   I just don't think it is likely because of Buechele's experience and skill.

I think most are giving SMU too much credit.

NT 45 SMU 27

Their Parents? Common. That has been happening since the 40ies. Its called being a rich kid school

In any case the TX state spells trouble for when the Broncos play in Denton.

NT 42

SMU 31

I think both teams are going to be sloppy in the first half.  Both will have a turnover, or maybe 2.
Halftime score will be low.  Like 14-10.

Then both teams will settle down, make adjustments, and start putting a lot of yards/points on the board against the other defense.  SMU will pull away late.

Broncos - 45
Mean Green - 36

Zappe has lit up everyone he's played against.  Clearly the best QB in Harris County.

Buechele's experience and skill will be meaningless against Dion Novil's appetite for destruction.
