When you have a good QB like HB does, you can keep most games competitive at least.   Nice to see them having some success against Tech.

Zappe has thrown for 295 yds so far.   It certainly makes our D look a bit better.

Stop it...don’t you know that you’re supposed to assume that every yard we give up Is an indictment of the entire defense, and every time a quarterback looks good against us it must be that we suck and not that they are talented?  
 

For the record, it’s likely to be a 28-20 ballgame at the end of the 3rd quarter.  It was 43-17 at that point in Denton and we had begun to insert a lot of backups

TT goes up 35-20 with 11:00 to to and HBU follows up with a 1-play75yd TD to make it 35-27

TT makes a long drive down to the 4 and is stopped on 4th and 2.  HBU is already down to 1st and goal with less than 4 to play.
