Now all you need to do is convince the AAC leadership that Tulsa should get kicked out and watch them be replaced by La Tech or USM...because the AAC ain't ever inviting us to be in their league as long as the have SMU in it. Even if they wanted it, their TV networks won't allow a duplication in TV markets for a G5 league.

We moved up to CUSA only because SMU went to the Big East/ AAC. The days of Rice and UH or SMU and TCU being in the same conference are over, which means the days of UNT and SMU being in a conference together are never getting started.

Well, you just described a lot of teams in a lot of conferences.

Tulsa is struggling so hard after their AD left that they barely lost to the best Big XII team on the road at OSU and then just beat 11th ranked UCF...

I guess they aren’t so bad as a program as we were led to believe.
