Seems like they got that ratio backwards from a public health perspective. You would want to limit the indoor crowd more than the outdoor. 
 

But I think we know how that decision was reached..

Serious question - what if fans were to congregate outside the stadium - tailgating socially distant, masks when not eating etc. ? Allowed? Game piped in somehow on big projectors or something?

So, how will attendance be enforced? How do they know when 25% has been achieved?

The seating is outdoors and the seats are wider. It is also easier to enforce than the bench seating in the bowl. Of course the revenue generated is a positive.

Follows the Texas Dept of Health Services guidelines for restaurants. 

The 25% outside seating doesn't make any sense.

So to make sure I'm understanding, they do mean "within the outdoor seating area" when they require facemasks "in the venue?"

If so, I find that pretty ridiculous.

When speaking with the ticket office, they said they would only release 25% of the tickets normally available.

Are they holding any tickets for students in this 25% or could they maybe be letting in 25% students as well to make the total capacity 50% which would seem to make more sense, since that would align with the state.

That would make the most sense. I mean it's not like we are gonna have an overflow of students showing up
