Isn’t there another OSU OL on the market as well? Would love to snag both

Yes, Bryce Bray. He started 10 games last year as a redshirt freshman. Looks like we’re recruiting him as well so hopefully Farrell helps our chances with getting Bray.

I trust Seth and Wren enough that if they are OK with it it must not have been something for us to worry about.

Our offensive line has been allowing aggregated assaults for the past 3 years anyway. Whatever they did is ok.

The nerve

One party could ruin the whole season. There has been other college athletes kicked off teams for throwing parties. Rutgers had an outbreak of Covid from one party.

I heard he threw a party

If that's true, I hope he learned an important lesson prior to coming here or his new teammates will quickly lobby for him to be gone as well.     None of our guys want to remotely risk the possibility of not playing.  They're doing everything they can to play.   An ill-thought-out idea to throw a big party is not going to win your new teammates over here at NT.

C'mon man.  These are young kids and they just want to have some fun.  Would you have done differently at that age?  I remember thinking I was invincible.

You and I likely had very different college lives than these elite athletes.   Attending or throwing a party likely wouldn't affect us nearly as much as these guys.
Of course they want to have fun, but they would rather play football.  It's ingrained in every fiber of their being.  If throwing a party is more important than football, your teammates will cast you off as "not serious".   Remember Damarcus Smith?   All the talent in the world... loved parties, not serious about football.

Ask the leaders of the team, like Jaelon Darden.    If anyone jeopardized Darden's chances to play football this year over something like a party, he would lobby the rest of the team leaders & coaches to have those guys removed ASAP.   ... Probably like what OKSt. team leaders did. (Again, if that accusation is true)
