He is committing tomorrow night... 4 Rival Crystal Balls to UNT so this should be interesting

Kid is very athletic

Really hoping we land him because we have seen a lot of our guard targets commit elsewhere this summer like Kaleb Stewart and RJ Keene.

I don't know what to think about this recruit. I have watched 4 full games now, going back to his soph. year. He plays off the ball and literally passes the ball every time he touches it. He has been the 3rd or 4th option from the video I have seen. Seems to be a very good passer/assist man. They have always blown out their opponent. I could be wrong but looks to be lower level competition in OK. I do like their OU commit. Just watched a few minutes of their last playoff game this past weekend.

Have also seen Chrisdon Morgan (DeSoto/Lancaster HS) quite a bit this past season. Unfortunately, there is not much good to report. Appears to be a Major project that might develop/contribute in a reserve role by year 3 or 4.

I’m hoping he can be like James Reese. Stone is 6’4”, has some solid athleticism, and can shoot threes well. Doesn’t have to be overly capable at creating his own shot if he does those things well, similar to Reese.

I don’t get the Morgan pickup either, but hoping he can bring some energy and athleticism to the table. From the little film I have seen it has mainly just been dunks, not much showcasing skills like a post-up game. But if he can do the dirty work then that will do.
