It’s a great idea because much like TSA all you really need is the illusion of safety and cleanliness. That builds confidence which leads to ticket sales and concessions.  Put a buccees head at the top which has the cleanest restrooms on a roadie and watch their money soar!  Great idea we need 130 ASAP!

EXACTLY what I was thinking.

At 12 seconds per person ... 20,000 people at Apogee ... it would take 66.6 hours to file everyone through one machine.   If you had ten machines it would take 6.66 hours.  Twenty machines would take 3.33 hours. 

Let's say that 10,000 people want to enter one hour before kickoff.   One machine could handle 300 people in one hour.  You would need 34 machines to handle the 10,000 people in one hour assuming there's no delays.  You might be better off letting every one enter and the having a crop duster fly over to sterilize everyone at once. 

Further research proves that SMU football would not need one of these machines as maintaining proper social distance is very easily done at their home games.
