So I found this in my email since I’m doing some volunteer stuff for the conference.

Very different setup from the last 2 years, and probably my favorite. No bands on the baseline, and less empty seats on the reserved section since the band and SS will be there.

Hope this stays

Yeah well the volunteering for the “fun” stuff is all full, but the Conference USA usually in mid January put out a thing on their website showing how and where to volunteer. It’s easy, and if you need to email I have the main one

All season I've been a bit anxious to see if the unusual sight lines created by playing our tourney in an unconventional bball venue will partly neutralize the advantage we have from deep.  Currently Top 10 in EFG% and 3PT%, we may find Zach's work in the post to be key if shots aren't falling.

Is this different than last year? I don’t like how this looks..

So we get the stadium seats and not the bleachers. I liked that, but the other side seemed to have very few people last time. Where we were behind the benches could get kind full.

I am thankful that the conference tournament is in Frisco, but I hate the Star.  It looks small time and thrown together on television.

What type seating is the "temporary seating ?"  Is it chair backs or bleachers with a back board or just an aluminum plank ?  The chart mentions courtside seating.  How do I get courtside ?

      🙄 like I have stated before DC under a lame duck coach is not a highly desired job for coaches with options.

      That is very subjective. Boise State or UNLV probably will get the G5 spot in the playoff over a one loss Army team. Louisville, SMU, Houston, Rutgers and Cincinnati left conference for greener pastures. So I don’t know who anointed the AAC as 5th, but the playoff committee isn’t listening to them. Army, a team brand new to the conference that came into the conference and dominated. They were independent juggernauts last year at 6-6 🙄. AAC is viewed as better than the MAC, CUSA and Sun Belt. But we certainly won’t be viewed as better than the reconstructed PAC 12 and right now it doesn’t look like we are viewed better than the current MWC.

      Football at The Dat next wrekend

      Don't if y'all know this or not.....but the last two years we've had Texas high school football games played in Louisiana. Both years the games have been at Turpin Stadium in Natchitoches. As a matter of fact, this year they hosted two games on the same day. (Daingerfield versus Newton, and Texarkana versus Port Neches Grove). Both games were last Friday.
