It surely is a loss.

It is however a sign that things have improved on the admin side if NTs folks get offered promotions outside of the institution. Recruiting sure has improved a lot recently.

Gotta reload the position now.

I would love to see Marcus Trice and Zach Orr as the Directors of Football Recruiting.

I think Orr would be crazy to leave his job with the Ravens. And Trice, well it would also be a pay cut for him and it isn’t a coaching position.

Luke is doing a great job, but I think adding another face that is young and passionate would be amazing for our recruiting, if it can happen to be a former player too then even better.  Two examples that stick out to me just based on what I see on social media are Bryan Carrington at Texas and Ra'Shaad Samples at SMU.  Both seem to be doing great things with recruits and are very involved on the social media side of things too.

Closer to home and getting to be part of an interesting upgrade for the whole UNLV program. The stadium and facilities they’re sharing with the Raiders are nutso advanced.

Will be interesting to see. I know it's all nice and shiny but I've never been a big fan of college teams using professional facilities
